Job description

The Digital Solutions Presales Engineer is responsible for presenting technical solutions in a clear and concise manner, help potential customers understand how a product or service works and how it can meet their specific business needs and for answering any technical questions that potential customers may have. The Digital Solutions Presales Engineer works closely with sales teams to provide technical expertise and to support during the sales process.

Job Responsibilities

  • Study the client's business needs through data gathering and analysis, understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions to meet those requirements
  • Work closely with customers on the technical requirements to provide technical solutions
  • Develop pilots and proof-of-concept samples
  • Deliver presales presentations
  • Develop technical proposals including project sizing estimation and project plans
  • Assist and participate in developing RFI, RFP and RFQ responses
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals and presentations that demonstrate the technical capabilities of the product or service
  • Provide technical guidance and support during product demonstrations and trials
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their technical needs are met throughout the sales process
  • Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to maintain a competitive advantage
  • Provide feedback to product development teams regarding customer needs and product functionality
  • Conduct training sessions for sales teams to ensure they understand the technical aspects of the product or service



  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant 
  • +3 Years overall experience
  • +1 Years presales experience
  • Theoretical or practical experience in at least 4 of the following technical aspects: ECM, CMS, BPM, RPA, BI and Analytics, Microsoft, Microservices, Containerization, AI and/or ML 
  • Advanced knowledge of the market trends for digitalization and software industry


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as in-depth technical knowledge of the product or service they are selling
