Job Purpose:

The Sales Account Manager handles a portfolio of existing clients while sourcing and securing new ones. They find the best way to bring in new leads and also stay in contact with long-term clients to find new ways to generate recurring business.

Accountabilities and Duties:

  • Approach new clients who might benefit from Alkan CIT Group’s services 
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts within the oil & gas sector, meeting sales targets and building long-term, profitable relationships
  • Responsible for preparing requested reports and keeping customers’ records
  • Comply to Alkan CIT Group’s strategies, to ensure meeting the annual sales target of the assigned account
  • Craft proposals and presentations tailored to specific client needs
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closed deal, providing exceptional customer service throughout
  • Collaborate effectively with technical teams, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
  • Ensure good quality of services by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of Alkan CIT Group systems and processes, and documenting them
  • Follow up with the existing customers to maintain good relationships and links with these customers and promote additional products and upgrades

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechatronics engineering or relevant 
  • 3-5 of experience in the Oil & Gas sector
  • Fluency English
