Oracle EBS Financial

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS Financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
• Gather and analyze financial business requirements and map them to Oracle EBS solutions.
• Configure accounting setups, chart of accounts, ledgers, and financial reporting structures.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to financial transactions and reports.
• Prepare functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams for customizations.
• Support integrations with external systems and banks.
• Conduct system testing, UAT, and provide end-user training
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Manage data migration, integrations, and reports related to HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, payroll regulations, and audit requirement
• Provide end-user training and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7 years of Experience in a similar role
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS Financial modules.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience in financial reporting and reconciliation.
•  Ability to work with technical teams for integrations and custom reports.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
