Financial Management & Reporting

·        Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

·        Develop and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

·        Provide strategic financial insights to the management team for decision-making.

·        Monitor and manage project financing, ensuring adequate cash flow for ongoing projects.

·        Oversee cash flow planning and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational requirements.

·        Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

·        Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

·        Analyze project profitability and provide insights to improve cost efficiency.

Cost Control & Budgeting:

·        Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies in alignment with organizational goals.

·        Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.

·        Track project costs, ensuring they remain within budget.

·        Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial controls.

Compliance & Risk Management:

·        Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and industry-specific legal requirements.

·        Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

·        Implement and monitor internal financial controls to minimize risks.

·        Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

·        Manage financial relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.

·        Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.

·        Implement effective AR and AP policies to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding balances.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

·        CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification is required.

·        10 to 15 years of experience in finance management, with a minimum of 5 years in the construction industry.

·        Strong knowledge of treasury, AR, AP, and project costing processes.

·        Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

·        Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
