Khaled Nosseir, Chairman and Managing Director of Alkan CIT, he heads the company’s drive for regional expansion with thirteen regional subsidiaries established to date. Nosseir is also Chairman of Alkan holdings, EIM Group, Alkan Group’s automotive, earth moving and construction equipment, and marine engines’ dealerships, Chairman of Almatex, the yarn manufacturing and cotton trading operations of the Group. Under his tenure the medical equipment business of Alkan was restructured, grew three fold and developed into a turnkey supplier and Chairman of CFC the developer of CP Egypt’s premier commercial real-estate development. In 1996 Nosseir became Managing Director and developed the health care business further by establishing Alkan Pharma which grew to become one of Egypt’s fastest growing pharmaceutical manufacturers. Alkan has since divested its pharmaceutical business interests in 2007. In 1989, Nosseir created the fast moving consumer goods business in Alkan Holdings, in conjunction with R.J. Reynolds Tobacco. The consumer goods business grew to include the exclusive bottling and distribution rights to Pepsi Cola in Egypt.
Nosseir led Alkan's team in concluding Egypt's first ever privatization, he was directly involved as a board member in the management of the Pepsi Cola franchise until Alkan divested its interests in 1997. Nosseir is an active member of the Egyptian Korean Business Council and an observer to the BEBA Board (British Egyptian Business Association), he is also the former Vice Chairman of the Egyptian Medical Exports Council. Nosseir has an Honors degree in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo.
Ahmed Abd El Aal has over 25 years of experience in the field of communication and information technology, he is a communication engineer that graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, Egypt in 1988. Ahmed is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Alkan CIT Group of Companies since 2007, Managing Director of Quality Standards Information Technology since 1999 , Managing Director of ESRI NeA since 2005, Managing Director of Alkan Telecom since 2005 and Managing Director of Alkan Networks since 2007. He is mainly responsible for the strategic planning and business growth, new investments, profits, return on investments, as well as finance and operations of the group.
Ahmed previously held a number of positions in the ITC sector, mainly the Sales Manager of Egyptian Computer Systems (ECS) for seven years and Technical support engineer in ECS for four years, he has been a board member in Alkan Telecom and Alkan Networks since 2002 and Alkan Holdings since 2004. Ahmed holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Maastricht School of Management (MSM), Netherlands, 2003, was born in Egypt in 1966.
